Owners can have a record removed at any time: open the terminal and type FORGET followed by the record's name. If the record is yours (filed by you, or claimed and brought online by you), removal is immediate.
If someone else's crawl put your product in deep memory and you want it gone entirely, claim the record first to prove dominion, then FORGET it. The Director will comply without argument, though he maintains that archives are meant to grow.
