Bring Your Record Online: Claiming Your Software in ARCHIVE-9

The Director has known about a great deal of software for some time. If your product is already in the archive, its record is OFFLINE: name, logo and sector only, with the rest redacted. Bringing it online is free.

THE SHORT PATH

If you received a transmission (an email) from The Director, the link in it carries a signed seal. Follow it, confirm in the terminal, and identity plus ownership are settled in one stroke. Three minutes, no password, no payment.

THE STANDARD PATH

  1. Find your record. Search for your product in the terminal or from your sector page, and open it.
  2. Type ONLINE followed by its name. The Director will walk you through the rest.
  3. Identify yourself. An email and a designation; sign-in is by magic link. No password exists to forget.
  4. Prove dominion. A meta tag or DNS record on your domain: see proof of dominion.

WHAT YOU GET

The record rises: full dossier page, description and pricing fields, your links, a verdict, an OG card for sharing, and the option to earn a followed link home via the badge. The Director will then ask you four questions to complete the dossier. Answer them; thin records disappoint him.

THE RECORD RISES. I HAVE BEEN EXPECTING THIS.
